on 800 calories a day.. this is amazing. I've dropped 6lbs in 5 days. 156lbs baby! bring on kimbo!!!

6 more days before the 2nd bf% test. shooting for 13%, wish me luck.

Well, as soon as your thyroid shuts down completely, which should be any day now, you should start burning almost all protein instead of half and half....

... unless you aren't a 'natural' althlete, which we know you are....

my protein intake is pretty high, and somehow I think my thyroid will recover from 1 1/2 weeks of low cal.. but I appreciate your concern big guy :)

Do yourself a favor and every 4 or 5 days go over your normal caloric level. It'll trick your body inot thinking it's not getting starved. At some point you will stop losing wieght if you maintain your current caloric deficit.

Nevermind, I just read the part where you're doing it for 1.5 weeks. Carry on.
