I swear, this tan is so complete and even... with a minimum of exposure to the tanning bed. I have had about 6 sessions in the tanning bed for only 10 mins each. omg

I did 1mg daily for 20 days. That was my original plan.

However, what I did was this :

Days 1-9 1 mg daily
Day 10 - 1mg daily - got in tanning bed 10 mins
Days 11-14 1mg daily
day 15 - 1 mg daily - went to beach for 1 hour
day 16 - 1 mg daily
days 17-24 nothing because I was sick
day 25-26 1mg daily
day 27, 28 1mg daily - 10 mins in tanning bed each day
day 29, 30 1 mg daily
day 31, 32 10 mins in tanning bed daily
day 33, 34, 35, nothing (out of mt2)
day 36 (yesterday) nothing but got in tanning bed 10 mins
day 37 (tomorrow), 38, 39, 40 nothing (MT2 on order)
day 41 (coming Monday) will start MT2 (assuming it comes in the mail) for 2x weekly maintenance.

Really though, I got sick in the middle and had to stop.
However, if you do 10 days loading, and then start tanning/sunning on the 11th day and keep loading for another 10 days, you will be twice as dark as me. You only need to do 20 day and then maybe 2x weekly to maintain.
