Yohimburns Q's for macro or whoever knows

How long does the alpha blocking thing last with yohimburn. The reason I ask is that I am sometimes forced to apply yohimburn at least an hour before a workout which consists of weights first for 45 minutes then cardio.

So sometimes its a 2 hour gap between application and cardio, will the yohimburn still be there working?? How long does it last after application??

From my experience you have about a 3 hour window.
