yohimburn es WOW!!!!!!

Okay after reading though this entire thread....LOL *phew*... i have a question.

How soon can you have a shower after applying YES? The reason I ask, is because I would like to apply it at 5am, do cardio, and then have a shower at about 6:30am. I have to work at 7am and I don't really want to go to work all sticky-sweaty. But I don't want to wash off all the YES either.

Thanks :)

Ok FINE! After reading this entire thread that started freaking ages ago I have to ask some questions. I'm curious. What range of BF do you need to be in to use YES? Also, when/if you are to discontinue using it, will the problem areas return worse then before even if you hold your diet and your training?

Super curious about this stuff. I have my problem areas. :)

1.5hrs between application and showering is fine.

for women it tends to give results at any body fat percentage, the A2 is a big factor in female bodyfat accummulation.

no. Though some of the fat may return. The leaner you get the less likely that you will see any return (fat is one of the sites where your testosterone and androstendione are converted to estrogen by aromatase). More estrogen= A2 proliferation.

some women with higher than normal estrogen levels may need "touch up" treatments to maintain fat loss. This applies to women on higher dose BCP's as well.

If you have higher than normal estrogen levels you might want to consider, with blood panels and physician monitoring (ideally), the use of low dose aromatase inhibitors. High estrogen aside from it impact on adiposity is a big factor in breast, uterine and endometrial cancer development. Though the use of AI's is controversial (mostly because it has not been done except in older patients who already have the cancers). IMHO the right dose of AI's, can minimize peripheral aromatase and make a significant impact both from an adiposity and long term health standpoint. Obviously as the bodyfat comes down the dose would generally be decreased.

A couple of pages back, someone suggested applying YES and wrapping yourself up in saran wrap. Would that be effective to do before going to sleep, or is the better route still to apply ----> cardio.

Thanks :qt:

thanks for your reply, macro. I have just recieved my order and have just begun testing it out, in combination with the t-rex and levorex. It's only been 2 days, so no visible changes yet but i have to say my hugely ravenous appetite is considerably repressed! Thank goodness LOL
