I am a female, using my first bottle of YES. Started July 22nd using on chin, abdomen and back of thighs.
I am not into working out. Right now it's 3-4 times a week alternating
walking (at least an hour)
mini-stepper/t-tapp (30/45/60 minutes as the mood strikes me)
and ligting small weights at the end for 10-15 minutes
The strange thing that I have noticed is that the back of my left thigh, where women get that little roll of fat, is flat on the outer part and only a little bump on the inner part. On the right thigh though, it's still there. I only noticed the difference at the end of the first week of August so for the last week I have only been putting it on the right. I think I feel a slight decrease overall in the size of the roll but I find it weird that one leg would respond better than the other because I was putting the same amount on both.
Additionally, I'm wondering if noticing the difference in the thighs is cauing me to imagine the last two times that I looked at my abdomen in profile that the left side looks better than the right. It would be so annoying if this turns out to be a total body issue and not just the thighs.
