would it work .. yes.
would it work well.. no.

if it is large particulate, dont waste your time. if its tablets.. go with oral admin (just not worth the hassle nor cost)

I've taken the oral Yohimbe HCL and it was somewhat effective in helping in much the same way that Yohimburn does... the differene I think, is that Yohimburn you can apply to the specific areas you want to lose the fat, whereas the oral HCL tabs will be sent throughout your entire body.
