ANY product like this will only help you get rid of the last little bits. If you're fat you'll still be fat after. If you're 8% and you've a little here and there it might help.

You want to apply the yohimflame directly to your stubborn body fat areas. You do not need to apply the yohiflame to areas that are already lean.

It's a great product to help remove those stubborn fat stores that hang on for dear life.
