I'm on day 7. I went 5 on, 1 off, and back on again today. I apply 1/2 pip to each pec/nipple, 1/2 pip from lower to upper abs, 1/2 pip on each lovehandle, and 1/2 pip to each butt cheek. I do this twice a day.
I see no water retention [I think I don't see water retention... what does it look like?] and no fat loss results. Is it to early for me to judge at day 7?
