Don't think the powershot series allows one to compensate for ISO speed.

Otherwise you can attempt to open the apeture (AV) to the max and compensate the shutter time (TV) but not even sure if it is possible to do that.
 
Shoot in AV (aperture priority) and set your camera to the widest aperture. Also remember that when you zoom your aperture will be smaller and you will need a slower shutter to get the same results. Take some tests shots when you get there. I doubt that those lights are daylight balanced either so you will probably have to do a color correction as well.

I guess I should have read this closer. My first action shots came out dark. I gotta figure out what to focus on.
