I had a REALLY hard leg work out yesterday .. and I'm debating if I should do cardio or just rest today. My quads and butt are very sore. I decided to do something light on the treadmill, so I'll be out in a bit.
 
haha .. actually it's been many many months since my butt was sore in THAT resepct .. I'm talking about "did I REALLY have to try to squat more than the guy in front of me" soreness.
 
haven't done that yet, catch me after breakfast .. I'm going to run, and do arms .. be back around noon.
