It's this one...
Billy Phillip's EAS 3rd Edition...
Anyway..there is a routine for adding lbs to your lifts (pretty sure the book used barbell in the example) such as barbell curls for example towards the end of this book, I can't remember it exactly but i think it was 10 sets and it was all the same weight??? But you had to determine your one rep max to even start the regimen and then go from there-your weight went up each week yadadyada. There was some math, a formula too, mucho K to whoever helps a neezy out on this one...as I threw this book out years ago..
