yet another PCT ?

Hi All, I recently ended my cycle on Aug 15th of test cyp 600mg and deca 400mg, 12 weeks. I have nolva to start my PCT and only Nolva available. Can someone help me by telling me what dosage i should be taking? And if there any over the counter supps i can take along with Nolva to spped up recovery?

i have never run nolva alone for pct, but i am assuming dose would be 20 to 40 mg ed. and the second ques yes otc supps can help a bit, tribulis, zma, creatine is what i take.
