Now that were on the topic of his training, anyone have opinions on his cycle theories?

Basically he suggests in short, 4 weeks heavy test, 2 weeks lighter 300-400mg test (as an example) what he calls "coasting", and then clomid therapy during those 2 weeks. Obviously the blood levels are still going to be high during that time so its not complete recovery, but he seems to believe its "good enough".
 
DR. - Doggcrapps intentions in the cruise period of the cycle is to give your system a break...it is not full recovery no...but it is the closest to coming to it for someone who is staying "on" year round. Running the clomid will keep your balls from atrophy. Animal suggest to run clomid every 3 weeks during cycle 100mg for a few days to keep your balls from shrinking that way recovery will be quicker when going off. However, if your planning to get big as in DC's terms BIG you stay on the sauce year round and take the cruising periods to give your system a rest.
 
I hate to be Mr Experimental but I may give it a go, for how long I dont know.
 
I too am interested in his theories. I wish Huck would read, and chime in. He surely would have some insight on this guys methods....

Go for it. I was clean and gaining strength each workout. I added either a couple reps or weight to every exercise the next time I did the same movement. What have you got to loose, your not going to shrink...change is always good...you will probably shock yourself into some new growth in no time at all. I have the workout program and diet on Word if you'd like a copy...let me know.
