Yet another HCG thread...

This monday will be my first go with HCG, but I've never done a sub-Q shot. Do I just pinch the skin around my bellybutton and jab it in?

sub-q is easy as pie. do it like 1.5-2 inches from the belly button and yea just pinch the skin together then inject very easy.

I'm assuming I inject at the base the skin I pinch, right?

pinch the skin with your two fingers and then just inject in the middle of the two fingers.
