Yesterday was breakfast, let's talk lunch today

2 bbq butterflied pork chops grilled
2 cups of steamed carrots w/ light parmesan alfredo sauce
water(lots)
4 ultra 40s (liver pills)
 
i dont have aso called lunch, but its prob meal # 3 for me. and that is goin to be probably:
2 grilled chicken breasts and some brown rice with some fish oil and aminos

BLAH!!! It is hard for me to eat chicken or tuna anymore. I eat alot if pork and red meat, and some chicken. I like Tilapia too. Very good fish.

I have steak once a day, every day. I always add some kind of sauce tho to spice things up a bit tho. or parmasean cheese!

I'm that way too. I have to put light parmesan alfredo sauce on my veggies just to eat them. Other wise, forget it.

Holy crap! You said sauerkraut. I had eat hot dogs and sauerkraut all the time growing up. I still have freakin' nightmares about that crap!

My lunch break is also meal # 3 for me

4 oz brown rice
5 oz chicken breast
1/4 cup roasted, unsalted peanuts
5 fish oil caps
1 multi vit
30mg zinc
2 ginger extract pills
ECA stack

yum!
 
tomato soup (homeade, not canned) and a croissant.
 
Can I play???

8oz chicken/ostrich
8oz Yam
medium salad - onions, red pepper, garlic, mushrooms
H20......meal #3 #4 is in the works............probably oats, cotage cheese and whey...

Taters' sound good though.

I love sauerkraut......it tastes better drained & cooked with broth, onions & sliced apple..... :p
 
Some Thai-marinated Chicken with HEAPZ of corianders.
A small serving of steamed rice
Water.
 
chicken breast, a few ounces brown rice, salsa, shredded cheese and lettuce all wrapped up in one of them big ass la tortilla factory tortillas.....
 
Today is a huge thing of chili.
One pund of 90% lean ground sirloin
2 cans of hot chili beans
baby portabello mushrooms
banana peppers
cajun seasoning
buffalo sauce(alot)
onion
garlic
chili powder
paprika
Now it is just slow cooking. It is'nt conventional chili, but it is freakin' good.
