i have had it since monday now, i'm already low single digit bf and i am seeing results, nothing drastic like "one day on yes and aifm and all my gyno and fat is gone, and my visa bill got payed" lol, but there is clearly more definition between the abs. i am going to post before and after pics of my abs after a bottle of yes and the aifm that will be here monday
