Im trying to lose my gut ok guys hahha.

I heard yes is the bomb diggity so Im already running 12 laps (3 miles) three times per week. I will soon be incorporating time in the sauna 20-30 min 3 times per week (is that enough to make a difference). My question is what is the best time to apply YES. right B4 I run? right B4 I get into the sauna. Or when I wake up ? Does it matter ?
 
for best results apply 20-30 minutes prior to excercise..I would also put it on before the sauna but i won't put it on in the morning because it has a very strong ben-gayish odor. Unless you don't mind smelling like that all day
 
If I put in on b4 the sauna will I stink up the sauna like burnt ben gay ? That would kind of be cool I would just deny it was me. Say it smelt like that b4 i got in. Can you apply it twice a day to make it more effective or would that be dangerous and or overkill?

forget sitting your ass in the sauna...and add the time to working out...
 
It smells like peppermint.

Nothing too strong or prevalent, whereas people would say "who stinks" - so I wouldn't worry about that.

I use my YES about 20 minutes before my morning cardio 6 day's a week and then again about 20 minutes before i go to bed,stuff work's awesome if you have already low bf%.

Bingo. Also, i wouldnt even recommend the sauna as a method of producing good results in losing bodyfat. Maybe if youre trying to dry out your body before a competition, it would be good to help sweat some water out. Otherwise, just use the time to add another cardio session in.

Will do np Guy Ill stay out of the sauna. My eating habits are well and my bodyfat is probably down to 16% I was guessing 17% about two weeks ago and have really stepped up my cardio and diet as of late. Mr X suggested I get below 15% b4 I start my AAS cycle. I was thinking that YES would help me to achieve this goal more quickly.
 
I understand why its important to get plenty of protein carbs and healthy fat as well as plenty of water on a cycle. Why is it important to get 3000 plus calories while on. Oh and my YES came in 6 days ago. All I have to say is wow my love handles are shrinking wow.

how many cals you need when on depends on your BMR (basal metabolic rate), activity levels, and goals.
