I've heard alot of talk about YES being used 30-45 minutes prior to cardio. Well what if you only do cardio 4 times a week? What's people's opinion on off days?
I've used YES and many similar products and I think it would be a waste on off days. It will probably have some minor benefit but unless you're made of money I would just use it on cardio days.
its still has benefits on the "off" days, especially if you have a decent calorie deficit. its really a matter of preference. you get "more" effect using prior to cardio than use on off days, but you still get effect
