Yeah i am just finishing my first ever cycle wtih winny, test and gh. Gained about 10 punds of muscle and lost about 8 % bf. I have a stubborn bit as well and i am taking gh m-f, YES, sessapure and lipo 6 plus a shitload of cardio. But to answer your question i think YES works
