i use a sweatbelt when doing cardio. i also startred using YES and Trex this week. is it ok to apply YES 30 min before cardio and use a sweat belt, or will this weaken the YES?

What is a sweat belt?

You’re not referring to the belts in your car,

Because those are seat belts,

Maybe sweat belts if you live in Dixie

people do do it, they report good results. However, cannot say with any certainty what the exact impact of using the belt is on uptake of yohimburn. You will likely get more systemic uptake. It should not have any negative impact on effectiveness.

where can i buy a good sweat belt? I want to try one not only for the short term local water loss in the midsection, but also to keep my lower back warm and supple.

if you ever use the word "supple" in a post again, I'm going to ask to have you banned. ;)

sweat belts are totally useless- actually trap the sweat in the pores and beneath the belt--total waste of time---complete marketing ploy for 99% of the population looking for a magic solution to weight loss

I would say the benefit of wearing the sweatbelt is to keep your lower back warm and limber during the workout. You will work up a good sweat wearing the sweatbelt during an intense cardio session, such as riding a Stairmill. I have always wondered if it really made a difference in causing accelerated fat loss around the midsection.

Sweats belts dont do a thing. In 3 months I lost 4 inches off my gut from training/diet/ and ECA,Yohimburn/Lev/Aifm stack. If you want to sweat out water then sit in a steam froom for 6 hours a day and in a week you'll be 20lbs lighter, then gain it right back.

they do work for (as has been mentioned) to keep you lower back warm and limber
...and to me it's a welcome barrier whenever i have to sinch down a weightbelt (for heavy squats, militaries, deadlifts, etc.)

works for me... gets alot of water out the midsection keeping it flat for few hours. actual fat loss is minimal i guess but it does heat the area up.
