Sorry I couldnt help but express my ecstatic glory, my ox has arrived, 40mgs, I just popped 2 of these exquisite beautys. Boy do they taste good!
I'm going to try 4 weeks of ox at 60mg a day to lean out a bit.
I have eaten a steady 7,000 calories for 7.5 weeks, (would have been longer if I hadnt broken 6 primotestons

I was thinking of eating 5,000 calories with an emphasis on very high protein, perhaps a ratio of 40/35/25 carbs, protein, only udo's choice fats and flaxseed. I have found that because of my metabolism I cant use protein as my most prominent macronutrient. This would give me roughly 500 grams of carbs, 440-50 grams of protein and 140 grams of fat per day.
I plan to use .5mg liquidex ED as well.
For training I am not going to do any cardio, instead I'm going to do a more circuit training type routine that I still have to plan out fully, but it's basis will be heavy weight for 4-8 reps with 90 second rest times.
