How many people stay on all year and do you still see gains all year. Do you just change up every once in a while or what. Just interested.
 
Not me. I have not taken any in a while. But when I do. I stay on for 12 weeks at the longest (usually 10) And I will stay off for about that long.

Hi ,i have been on for over 3 years,you do not keep gaining continuously like you do when you first start juicing but i noticed i have gradually added about 4-6 good quality lbs each year while also lowering my bodyfat 3 years ago i was about 210 at about 10%bodyfat now i am 217 at about the same bodyfat range.So even though i have not got the huge gains like when i first started juicing i have added a few good lbs that add up year after year,i have also had regular blood work and never had any of my tests come back with anything wrong my dosages are usaully in the 750-1200 mgs perweek range of injects and maybe 50mgs a day of dbol or a couple of a50 a day.
 
yeah, but I switch up...

say... 8-12 weeks Test/EQ
Then 8 weeks Finna/Winny
then some clomid for about 2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of anavar... then repeat...

you burnt your system out, your therapy set up the worg way, thats why you stoped gaining. here are my favorite two aproaches:

#1

8 week bursts

test (cyp, enth, sust, any slow releasing test will do)
weeks 1-6 1000mg/week
dboll 50mg/ed, all the way through
deca 600mg/week, weeks 1-6

weeks 7-8
test prop (or suspension, fast acting test) 100mg/ed
dboll the same as above
tren 75mg/ed

take 2 weeks off from all AS, during these 2 weeks run insulin 20-40ius/ed along with either t-3 or dnp

after the 2 "off" weeks start up again with the above cycle, as your bodyweight goes up your doses will have to be increased slightly

on this cycle you dont take any breaks

first thing is to pick a base stack, test+deca are great because they do the least damage to you system, so run 1000mg/test/week + 600mg/deca/week

next thing is to designate bulking and cutting phases, during bulking phases you will add other drugs into the base stack, like anadrol, dboll, gh, insulin

following bulking phase, run just your base stack for a month or so just to maintain and give your body a break to recover from bulking stress

next you can either do another bulking phase or cutting, if cutting phase is done add drugs like tren, anavar, winny, gh, masterone, primo into the base stack, follow the cutting phase with another maintanace phase (just base stack is ran)

with this scheme you will make continuous progress given that you train and eat right
 
I just finished my first full year on, instead of the usual 2-3 cycles and down time in between. My body seems much more in tune with this method as opposed to the on/off switching it goes through with the cycling.
Using moderately(with periods of higher use and lower use) and mixing it up a bit seems to have given me smaller immediate gains ,but a better quality of gain over the course of the year. Went from 191 in Jan 2001 to 202 now. Not outrageous but a good solid 10/11 lbs that doesn't melt away with water/muscle loss as the cycle ends. I'm also much more comfortable gaining slowly than when I would spike up 20-25 lbs in 8 weeks and had everyone at the gym and work asking what I was using.
As far as overall health, I get occasional blood checks and pay attention to what my body tells me from day to day.So far no problems-other than the cost for goods purchased.

wow. sounds like a good idea. i think i may give it a try for a while see how my body reacts.. but 3 years? bro thats alittle intense, are you competing?

i was trying to show that the method used for 3 year long cycle was flawed in design, the steroid regime i proposed could be used for just as long or longer..........but make sure you know what you are giving-up for it
 
the way i see it, its all about your goals, what do want to acheave? do you just want to look good for the beach and pick up more chick, if thats is the purpose then cycle, if you plan to make money off you body then the never ending cycle will eventually begin.
