you burnt your system out, your therapy set up the worg way, thats why you stoped gaining. here are my favorite two aproaches:
#1
8 week bursts
test (cyp, enth, sust, any slow releasing test will do)
weeks 1-6 1000mg/week
dboll 50mg/ed, all the way through
deca 600mg/week, weeks 1-6
weeks 7-8
test prop (or suspension, fast acting test) 100mg/ed
dboll the same as above
tren 75mg/ed
take 2 weeks off from all AS, during these 2 weeks run insulin 20-40ius/ed along with either t-3 or dnp
after the 2 "off" weeks start up again with the above cycle, as your bodyweight goes up your doses will have to be increased slightly

on this cycle you dont take any breaks
first thing is to pick a base stack, test+deca are great because they do the least damage to you system, so run 1000mg/test/week + 600mg/deca/week
next thing is to designate bulking and cutting phases, during bulking phases you will add other drugs into the base stack, like anadrol, dboll, gh, insulin
following bulking phase, run just your base stack for a month or so just to maintain and give your body a break to recover from bulking stress
next you can either do another bulking phase or cutting, if cutting phase is done add drugs like tren, anavar, winny, gh, masterone, primo into the base stack, follow the cutting phase with another maintanace phase (just base stack is ran)
with this scheme you will make continuous progress given that you train and eat right
