well, recently i've been thinking i couldn't do as many pullups as i could before, mainly 'cause my weight has gone up. before i was able to get up to 19 pullups, but that was at a weight of 150 or less and at least 6 months ago. today, after work a few of us were playing basketball, and there are some pullup bars over there. so i was like lets have a pullup contest (i knew no one else there could come close to me). only one person even tried, he got 5. i went and i did 20. hell yeah, one more than i've ever done. and i have been thinking i had been able to do less than before.
