...how can i convince my doc to prescribe me this??? im already getting lunesta AND ambien every month. id be willing to give up both for some xyrem but my one doc said hes not allowed to prescribe it. any advice?

yea thats what i started with when my sleep problems started. ive tried everything, melatonin, valerian, 5-htp, otcs, nothin helped much. im not doin bad lately. i can sleep on my own here and there but have been takin valium every few nights to get my sleep. the reason i wanted to take xyrem is because it will actually get me restorative sleep so im told. with ambien and lunesta i get sleep but i still feel exhausted the next day and then when you try to get off them you dont sleep for days.

Mark, I've had some experience with insomnia ... found my own solution of sorts but it's alternative based.
