I heard that taking xenadrine will reduce my arms and make them smaller, I am thinking of going on it for 4 weeks, my arms are already small, what consequences should I be aware of before I do this???

well how "small" are your arms. I would worry about the xenadrine shrinking my nuts before it shrunk my arms

Xenadrine won't shrink your nuts. But damn does it ever mess with your ability to get a woody. Some people don't have a problem but most of the people I have talked to say that a boner is almost impossible while on anything that contains ephedrine...myself included.

what? i've never heard that and i've been dealing with ephedra-based products for a while.

Unregistered: Xenadrine doesn't just effect your arms, it effects everything. It's a fat burner, if you use it properly with exercise and diet, it will thus, result in dropped body fat and the appearance of smaller muscles. If you dont' eat properly while using xenadrine, then yes, you will lose muscle mass.
