My female friends wants to take this stuff and asked me about it but I really don't know much other than it has B vitamins and caffein. My gunny gave me two of them when I came in drunk on morning and it made me shit my guts out. This was in 09 and the stuff looks a whole lot different now.

Is this worth her taking for general fat loss. Appetite suppression, energy?

I'm not sure about the new xenadrine but I know it is not close the the original formula pre-ephidrine ban.

I would try Forged Burner...it is the best i've used for OTC fat loss and appetite control.

Her diet is pretty good. She doesn't lift hardly at all, she mainly runs. She just wants that little bit extra.

I've noticed the new stuff doesn't look a damn Thing like the older stuff. They have so many diff types now too it's nutts.
