S SlapItHard New member Sep 16, 2002 #2 Trimspa is nice if you need to cut your appetite, Xenadrine is the more powerful thermogenic IMO. I like both, but for cutting I would use Xenadrine. If you just want to lose weight and have a hard time not eating use trimspa.
