I've been taking Xenadrine 2 days now and i find that i am really thirsty. like drinking a lot of water. i don't know if it's actual thirst or if it's just cuz my mouth is kinda dry, which i know is normal.
did anyone else who used Xenadrine notice more thirst? Is this a normal effect of the pill or do u think i'm sick? lol

Yea I think that it does make you thirsty , I drank alot more water when I took it which is great cuz water is good but I don't realy care for it , You know fish make love in it , that thought just kills me. Thank god for crystal light.

There is such a thing as water intoxication. It comes from drinking too much water. Excessive consumption of water results in hyponatremia, the medical term for too little salt in the blood. When blood sodium levels get below 137 milliEquivalents per liter (mEq/l), the water exerts pressure on the surrounding tissues - most susceptible are the gut and the brain. In the intestines, hyponatremia results in anorexia and extreme diarrhea. In the brain, the increased intracranial pressure gives patients with hyponatremia headaches, confusion, weakness, and even personality changes in some individuals. Water intake is essential to all living creatures, however like anything else, too much of it can be detrimental. Just a heads up. They say humans can safely consume up to 10 liters a day. I'm not sure how this relates to bodybuilders since we put more of a demand on our bodies.

Fuck me

Xenadrine thirst

Xenadrine contains caffeine, caffeine is a diuretic so you
piss more. Therefore you need to drink more. Also
when you consume large amounts of protein you need
alot more water to flush your system of urea which is
a by product of protein metabolism. Drink no less than
a gallon a day more is better.
