xenadrine not working?

hi all.. i'm new to this board and pretty new to lifting as compared to what i've read about most of you ;) anyhow this is probably my 2nd round of xenadrine and i'm not too sure if it's working. i do get the jitters and what not whcih i assume is from adrenaline release but i don't really notice an increase in body temperature. could it be my thyroid or seratonin axons are just fuct? i did have an very extended honey moon with ectasy about 2 yrs ago (over the course of a year and a half i'd say i did in the range of 80-100 pills). could that be the culprit or am i just a retard (yes opening it up to you guys to slam me since i'm new ;) ) and it actually is working but i don't know it. any help would be much appreciated. great board looking forward to tons of advice from here. thanks in advance.

xenadrine is the absolute best supplement in the world......ok no it's not. Bro, xenadrine, like any other thermogenic is a SUPPLEMENT, used in conjucntion with a proper diet, and exersice. If it's not working for you, than one of the other variables must be off.

xenadrine was a waste of $$$ the best fatburner i used back in da dayz was hydroxycut ,it made me hyper and i drop lbs like whoa
 
Don't think you're a retard, just takes time to find the right one. I've used Xen with results but was very jittery and didn't like the feeling. Also know someone who didn't diet or excercise ever and had better results! Remember, it's harder to lose no matter what you take if you don't have that much to lose in the first place. It takes time to see results. I've tried several different brands in the past and the best was Clen, I actually did feel my body temp was raised.

what i should have said was that i didn't think xenadrine was working not because of results but because i don't feel as if my body temperature is higher then normal. my primary goal right now is mainly to lose my gut.. i'm quite happy with the gains i've made over the past year in all other areas but admittedly i slack on the one thing i'd really like to get rid of. i'm 5'8/180 not sure what my body fat is but in all honesty all my fat is concentrated right in my abs (obliques/lower). the rest of my body has shown considerable progress. but my daily diet/supplement schedule goes something like this

wake up 2 xenadrine/designer protein shake (2 scoops)
usually hit the gym little after i feel the xenadrine jitters
another 3 scoop protein shake when i come back from the gym
lunch (chicken breast/salad or some veggie/brown rice)
another 2 xenadrine sometime in the afternoon
snack (usually oatmeal and either some hard boiled egg whites or a yogurt)
dinner (chicken breast/broccoli/brown rice)
2 scoop shake be4 i sleep

for most of the year since i've been very consistant i've only really done 2 days of cardio out of the week. but the past 2 weeks i've bumped it up to a much needed 4 (is it ok to do cardio AFTER you lift?).

i really don't know too much about clen.. going to do a search and read up on it but from what i remember and maybe this is false it's only good for about 2 weeks then ur receptors grow tolerance? is it something to boost past a sticking point or? any and all help would be much appreciated. thanks for the input thus far.
 
Everything looks pretty good bro. How much carbs are you eating on average. You just said "veggie/brown rice". What is your total callorie intake?

this is probably my 2nd round of xenadrine
how long did you take off between bottles? I have seen suggestions from 2-8 weeks for the body to "rest" from an ECA/NYC

i haven't really crunched the numbers.. the rice is aobut 1/2-3/4 of a chinese rice bowl.. veggies i eat alot of perhaps i should cut that but i was always under the impression veggies are good =p. the last time i took xendarine was back in spring.. i just started this one over the holidays. the 1st time i took it was sort of the same.. no real body temp increase (noticable anyway) just jitters.
