I originally started to take xenadrine for fat burning, my diet at the time was 45g protein, 35g carbs, and 48g fat per meal at six meals each day. My weight dropped from 230 to about 210 in about 30 months so IMO it's good for fat burning. Now I use it for the energy it gives me. I love the extra boost while I'm in the gym. As of right now I could care less if it helps burn fat.....like I said.....I just use it for energy.
