saw a community access special on Chickens(Hens) in "Battery Cages".
There in the dark they lays eggs 24 /7 while being pumped with hormones, and AntiBiotics, all the while being caged 12 at a time in the same cage and on top of each other to produce eggs.

The chickes when out of the cage could not walk, and barely see.
Many had their eyes plucked out by other chickens, or had rotten body parts while still being alive........

I will never eat Meat again, or any live animal after this.
Its wrong.

I will eat cage free and vegitable fed chicken eggs, Protien Powder and maybe Fish.

I hope I dont lose the ton of muscle I built over the last 2 years, but I can't do it any more. Not after this.......

i saw a program on commercial farming....horrific comes to mind. there was a guy there whose job was to cut off the beaks of baby chicks, so they could not peck the others...some would simply die of immediate shock.

Julius Goldmans Egg City was the worlds 3rd largest egg producing company (millions of chickens)...not far from here it was an entire city- self contained. the small town it enchroached upon was consumed with millions of "flies"...they had crews in giant vacuum trucks go thru neighborhoods to suck up "flies" off of residents homes and yards...

Meal 1 : 12 eggwhites 2 yolks ( Cage Free Hens fed real food and not abused), Multi Vitamin, Piece of Fruit

Meal 2 : Muscle Milk

Meal 3 : Muscle Milk

Meal 4: 2-3 serving of fish, with Large Salad ( this meal very well could have 150 grams of protien in it I found My body responds best to acute and large doses of protien.)

Well if you can get past the Socialism part - it's about working in the slaughterhouses of Chicago......

Read it if you dare or if you waver off of being meat free.....

Spoiled is about the proliferation of food borne illness in the meat industry, its prevention, etc....may help solidify your position as well.....
