i went to the gym last night. i was doing db presses, this little asian dude was there. no big deal i always like seeing new faces at the gym. He gets on the pulldown machine and starts doing his thing then a few minutes later he jumps and stands on the bench next to mine and lifts his shirt up and starts doing ab poses in the mirror!?!?! All you can see in the mirror was his rib cage. This dude was built identical to that guy on mtv thats always on the rap battle show (forgot his name) haha i love this time of year.

LOL! I love shamless self love in the gym! I just check the mirror a lot to make sure my girl's are in line.

Not much going on here this morning! I know what you mean. There is this little guy, maybe 140-50 soaking wet. He wears a tight shirt to the gym so everyone can see his huge 12 inch arms! He flexes and poses in the mirrors and I just slowly walk by at 240lbs and eclipse him!! LOL
