Well, my day just took a dump. My wife called to inform me that the people buying her 74 year old Mothers house have now decided to back out. Closing was to be the 15th of this month. Sure, they are out the $3,000 but wheels were already in motion for her Mom to move in an apartment. Her moving costs were going to come from some of the sale of the house. The people refuse to call back the realtor and we were told by our lawyer that we can't even start showing the house again until the 15th. That is unless they sign something, but the bastards won't call the realtor back. I think they are pissed at their realtor and figure they are screwing him over. The only person getting hurt here is a nice 74 year old lady. Sunsabitches!!!!!

Thanks gang. I'm going to speak with them tonight and tell them I don't care why they are baggin out but just to sign the damn release. If they tell me to piss off; I'm going to sit out on the street in front of their house with a sign telling all their neighbors how they screwed over an old lady. My wife is just worried they her Mom will have a stroke of a heart attack when she tells her.
