Okay I have lost 7 pounds give or take and a couple inches off my legs from all the running....why are my pants feeling tight????????? :evil: :rainbow: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

Have you worked out legs lately???
 
My pants are always loose until "then" - then they are waaaay tight.....
 
I know that they are more defined in the quads and calfs...so maybe it is muscle...Oh I know better then to get weired out in the "fat" area.....Not to usual for me anymore........sorry about the rant but I was really disapointed

might I allso ad that running long distance and adding lots of stress to the legs can cause them to swell up.

THat too -- that's why you generally don't want to keep doing cardio all the way up to a competition. Need a few days for everything to settle down.

Damn Straight

I get that when I run a lot after not having done so for a while or when I up the duration and/or intensity.
Even worse during THAT week - which is by worse off OC's.

Are your feet swollen?

my first week in airborn school in the army we ran like 10 miles a day at the least and my legs would swell up like water baloins.thats why I know.lol

Okay I can get pics today......one thing I noticed is that my hams are bigger...they kinda of do this..( in the back....well not that rounded but you know what I mean so maybe that is it too besides that dryer....
