very difficult to see the picture as it is not clear, it is very possible that you burst a blood vessel during training, but like other say, go see physician and have it checked upon

could be anything, you bumped it, banged it, spider bite or sting in the night. i wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't believe it to be related to EQ
