WTF is going on with my Heart??

I have the exact same thing and saw a cardiologist,had a cardiogram and a sonogram,everything is fine.The doctor said in (regular people language) that my heart has a lazy beat from time to time,millions of people have it, almost feels like gas sometimes,nothing to worry about.
You should go to a cardiologist yourself just for safety sake and peace of mind.

Dude you need to see a cardiologist not a sports med. doc. Your heart is not suppose to skip beats and the quack that told you it was nothing to worry about should have his licsens suspended.

Im tellin you that Betablockers will help 100%. I had tremendous problems with the skipping and irregular beating ect. I finaly wore a heart monitor cause it would never do it at the docs. They said it was Mitral valve prolapse. Im tellin you it was effecting my everyday life and then i was prescribed Lopressor 50mg a day and boom, it was over. I still get a flutter every once in a while but betablockers work for your problem. They are safe and i have not found anything they react bad to whether its juice or rec drugs or alcohol. Im teeling you to ask your Doc about Lopressor or Toporol XL. Tell him a friend of yours told you he got on them and they worked. As a matter of fact he should have samples. If not go to a cardiologist, he will let you try them. There are very very common meds. Trust me if i could give you one of my tabs youd feel better in 10 minutes. No sides at all. Trust me bro I had that exact same problem and it drove me crazy.

tommy im glad beta blokers work well for you but to say the have no sides is crazy-my mother takes them for blood pressure problems and is like a zombie on them-maybe the dose is toohigh for her !?

yes, just pay if you have to, but find the name of a good cardiologist and be 100% honest with him about everything.....not to be cliche, but you could die

Its possibly too high. I cant even tell when i take them except i know when i forget. Ive talked to many people at the docs office. I go once a year and get an Echo and other tests. I had one person with asthma tell me they botherd them. In doses under 100mg a day there should almost never be sides but hey some people have sides to aspirin. He should give it a try.

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! I wore the heart monitor device 2 weeks ago. My doctor said that what feels like a pause in the heart beat(pulse) is actually a very light PREMATURE heart beat. That results in the next beat beating hard. It then speeds up for a few beats, then slows down and repeats itself. My cardiologist told me that it could be caused by subconcious anxiety/stress signals from the brain. He also asked me if I was keeping a big secret, that was causing anxiety/stress. I didnt tell him,but inside, I've been hiding my cycle from my live-in fiance. My own .02 cents brotha.

def go check it out and I wish ya the best but I bet because of the recent events with Mike Matarazzo many will get paranoid about their heart now, it might be a good thing but im just saying many will start thinking they are feeling something etc.

my heart does the same thing and i thought it was the ephedra that i take, but ive been to the doctor and run some tests and he says everyhing is normal, my heart only does that after having sex!! i know that sounds funny but its the only time i notice it, it doesnt do it when im on the treadmill or anything like that.
