wtf how is it possible. you won't believe this!

The most accurate bf measure i ever found was the bro's in here. Post a pic and let us guesstimate. I promise that will be way closer to the mark than the junk u used before.
 
Bio Impedance scales may be quite accurate if you follow the instructions.
Most Tanita scales now have an Athlete-mode to take into account the difference in hydration and musclemass as compared to the normal "reference" person.
You should not use the scale on training days, and not use it before four hours after your last meal.

But if you really REALLY want to know, fork out USD150 for a DXA scan.
 
those scales are WORTHLESS for lifters simply cause we weigh much more then what we should for our heights.. it merely gives you a rough estimate of what it thinks you are based on ur height, age, gender, etc. i am 5 6 185 and it tells me my body fat is like 33% lol. most guys who are that height and weight would be 33% but obviously I am not.

the best way to measure fat is to physically measure fat. or those hand held devices would be the 2nd best way
 
scales lie to you because they do not take into account the liquids and foods consumed that is in the stomach and large & small intestines so that makes them pretty much worthless.
