those scales are WORTHLESS for lifters simply cause we weigh much more then what we should for our heights.. it merely gives you a rough estimate of what it thinks you are based on ur height, age, gender, etc. i am 5 6 185 and it tells me my body fat is like 33% lol. most guys who are that height and weight would be 33% but obviously I am not.
the best way to measure fat is to physically measure fat. or those hand held devices would be the 2nd best way
