WTF has happened to me?

on prop and tren for five weeks been dieting up till a week ago, down to 8.9% now. This time last year though I was 8lb heavier than I now am at the same bf % and th weight aint budging even though I am slightly stronger and eating lots. Do I need to be patient for couple of weeks whilemy body re adapts to bulking again after being on low cals for five weeks or am I just fucked. Is it possible to not reach your old size levels a year on even at age 27????!!
 
actually after dieting your body is primed for weight re-gain because of the slowed metabolism from prolonged reduced calories. It could be your gear isnt dosed correctly so you're comparing apples and oranges.

and muscle memory thankfully never ceases to work its magic btw lol
 
Good question...Gear doesnt make you big. Hard Training does. Seems to me your burning more cals then your taking in. Could be over training under training,gear could be junk.Dont think going from dieting to bulking has anything to do with not making gains.Its clear your not gaining water,fat or muscle...5 weeks you should of gained 4 or 5 pounds...Try lifting heavyer.Anyone can gain alot in a year if done right.
 
At age 27 ?????

Bro i'm 42 @ 245 lbs and can swing 20 pound either direction with a drop of the hat .

Diet and expenditure VS training and intake

Don't sweat it ... keep training and results will be formed
 
Bro that is VERY common, sometimes when I step onstage I cant get close to the weight I was the previous year, but sometimes I can bounce up or down 20 lbs in 2 weeks. Most of the time its NOT the gear, recheck your calories and count them for 1 week and add up everything because sometimes you think your eating alot more than you really are, and vice versa...

Two good points. Even with the gear you could be overtrained you may need a couple of days off.

Gear does make you big..studies showed that people who used anabolics and DIDN'T work out, still put on more muscle than people who stayed away from AAS and DID train..
