What the hell is going on? I wake up, turn on CNN and they say in a hour Ephedra and Mu-Hung is going to be banned!

Some dick head baseball pitcher on the Orials died from it, so because his abussive ass died we can't get it.

Funny, they don't seem to have gotten around to cigarrettes.

Millions take ephedra, and a couple die (maybe 100 at absolute best). No counting how many were saved because they are no longer fatties.

Yet smokes seem to still be available for purchase everywhere, with a large sum of government funds coming from their sales and large sums of government funds gowing to subsidize their growth. And unlike ephedra, there is no 'second hand smoke.' While I doubt the permanent harm of second hand smoke, it stinks and makes me feel ill. Ephedra also doesn't cost people their faculties to reason. There is no justification to ban them.

Yet most people voted for members of Congress who gave this fiat authority to a federal agency. You reap what you sow.

WHO CARES????????? Ephedrine is 10x as potent and you can get it all over the net.........

2 reasons ephedra pulled

1. used in meth manufacture and imppssible to regulate as a "supplement"
2. effective alternative to pharmaceuticals- that hurts pharma sales and they have a lot of pull with FDA, DEA and congress.


though agree the Ephedrine hcl is far superior, though its harder to get it pure and guaf increases excretion rate as well as increasing dehydration effects
