With no changes to gear, diet, training etc I added glucorell-R, sesapure, and guggulesterones. I am using all three in fairly high dosages. A few days after starting these supps I feel "flat" all the time similar to the feeling while on t3, and also I have been takin a sh*t like three times a day which is unusual.

Do these supps really speed up the metab causing me to flatten out and increase "bowel movements"? This happened on t3 but I doubt these supps will do this...... opinions?

I am currently on R-ALA right now for the past 3 weeks...my skin tone has improved..i do feel a little "flat" , but my skin has never looked better. i cant comment on the other two supplements though

guggulsterones are anti-androgens and progestins- dont reccomend them.

as far as the others what are your dosages?
what are your cals?
general macronutrient ratios?

Wow, is that really true about guggulesterones being an anti-androgen? Does it have a stronger effect on hormones or thyroid? I always thought it was good for speeding up metab while trying to keep fat off?

I am taking in roughly 500 calories more than maintenance, it breaks down like this for me, 5'7" 185 6% bf,

400 g protein
75 g fat
100g carbs

I think I may just need to bump the carbs a bit.

You could rotate the carbs - go 150 one day and lower the next around 50. That is what works for me. I try to keep them real low and if I get real sluggish up it a bit. Not sure what your goals are though.

yes

it has no known effect on thryoid, heat effects are likely due to progestenic actions

thats how its advertised but the clinical evidence (first world, as opposed to indian- done by the sellers) is pretty much to the contrary.
