Wt gain with 1st Cycle Test E

Just started my 7th week in my first ever AAS cycle, using Test E 400mg/week. HCG 250 ui/twice a week. AIFM 2 sprays/day. Diet has been excellent - whole eggs, chicken, protein shake supplemantation. Starting wt was 159 lbs. Diet has been VERY strict with the following daily totals - Fat 62g, Carbs 202g, Protein 289, Cal 2605. Wt progression per week was the following -
Starting Wt - 159
Start of week #2 - 159
Start of week #3 - 168
Start of week #4 - 172
Start of week #5 - 177
Start of week #6 - 179
Start of week #7 - 183

So far, + 24lbs for full 6 weeks. I have adjusted my diet intake with my wt increase. I think I have my diet intake close for "bulking". My question is, is +24 lbs for the first 6 weeks a normal increase??? I had planned to run this cycle 10 weeks. Due to the large wt gain, should I decrease the duration of this cycle? I feel great. Strong as hell. Arms are veiny. Gut is "distended", yet I can still see my ab's slightly. I expected to look leaner, but I think I am experiencing some bloating from the Test, which is to be expected from what I have read. Water intake is great. Sodium intake is extremely low. I never add salt to anything. The only foods I eat are eggs, chicken breast baked or grilled, skim milk with shakes which consists of 3 shakes a day. I use Beverly Int. Muscle Builder and Ultimate Muscle - scoop of each 3 times a day. Love that stuff. Workout is one body part every 4th day, alteranting heavy days (4-6 reps) and lighter days (8-12 reps). So I guess my questions are -
1) Is my wt gain a "normal" wt gain for 6 full weeks?
2) If so, should I keep doing what I am doing for a total of 10 weeks?
3) If its too high of a wt gain, should I decrease the duration of the cycle? Eliminate some of my protein shakes? Adjust ratios on Prot/Carbs/Fats?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
 
thats some good gains. I would expect a large amount of that is water. But by the end of the 10 weeks you will have some great mass on ya. Good work...
 
I too, would like to add that you are probably holding a lot of water...
 
how tall ,age , if you start way before natural gains finish ,
water lots of veriables ,do your ten and good luck with pct.
And buy some bigger t shirts.

Excellent job for your first cycle!! Keep up the good work and go the whole 10 weeks. What kind of carbs are you taking in?

my first cycle, i gained 25lbs off 6 weeks of sus, 250/wk. i was eating alot though and was holding water, but i blew up over night. i even had a teacher come straight out and ask. i said, hell no, i don't believe in that shit. that's cheating!
 
Good shit man keep it up. How tall are you because if you were pretty undersized before hand the diet alone is enough to bulk you up
 
good job.........yeah, i think that's about right, i'm looking at 25lb gain in the 7th wk of a 10wkr. 500mg t-e, 250 deca, 4iu hgh. not using the hcg till end. then some clomid and igf. hopefully we can hold on to some of these gains.
 
I couldnt sleep last night cause I was nervous nobody would respond to my post. LOL. Thanks a ton guys for the responses. Let me try to answer some questions and maybe you guys will have time later to respond to them.

Comments on holding water - ya, no doubt. I am keeping sodium down as much as I can and drinking lots of water throughout the day. I am also using AIFM 2 sprays/day.

"Are you taking HCG?" - ya mikey007. 250 ui twice a week. Started the HCG on week 4. Plan on using it till last Test E inj.

hesnobradpitt - I am 36 yrs old, 5'9". Have lifted many years. As far as natural gains, no, I did not see them through. My fault. I grew up being a heavy kid, got teased horribly. What I remember most are the comments from adults. So, I grew up with a complex involving my wt. My solution to this throughout my life was to starve. So, all this time I have thought I was eating right, in reality I was starving my body and not giving it what I needed to promote muscle growth. Through forums such as this, I have learned alot, yet it is really hard to stop a life long habit. As far as buying more shirts, soooo true. I dont fit into anything anymore. LOL.

"What carbs are you taking?" - dougmug, my carb intake is probably not very good. Let me give you a break down of what I eat EVERYDAY.

5AM Workout
Post Workout - shake - 2 cups skim milk, 1 scoop Beverly Int Muscle Provider and 1 scoop Ultimate muscle, 1/2 cup oats.
Meal - I take 3 scrambled eggs, make them into a "patty", place on 2 slices wheat bread, and cut the sandwich in 1/2. Eat one half now, and the other half at 9AM
Noon - take 3 bolied eggs, cut up eggs and make a sandwich with 2 slices wheat bread. Eat half of sandwich now and the other half at 3pm. Also drink shake that is just like AM shake, minus the oats.
6pm - grill or bake 2 chicken breasts. Add a little BBQ sauce.
9pm - shake - just like one at noon (no oats)

That has been my diet for the last 4 months. Last night I had my first hamburger in about 6 months. Damn it was good.

After reading everyone comments, I think I have some ideas of where I stand. I know I am holding alot of water, so, I will continue to watch my sodium intake and drink lots of water. I am probably seeing a lot of gains from my diet alone. It is hard as hell for me to eat everything I have listed above. I know I will get some comments about not having vegatables, content of carb intake, plus more, so please comment as you see fit. The following diet breaks down as such again - Fat 62g, Carbs 202, Protein 289g, Calories 2605.

FYI, PCT will be as follows. Will continue HCG 250 ui twice a week up to last Test inj. Then 2 weeks after last Test E inj, will use Clomid 200mg day #1, Clomid 100mg for 10 days, and Clomid 50mg for 10 days, for a total of 21 days. Question - does anyone use Clomid 50mg for a while after the Clomid 100mg/day run? Once again guys, thanks a ton for the responses.
