Just wondering if anyone has ever seen a "time restraint" type WSB program that could be fit into a 2 days per week schedule? Any suggestions/links much appreciated. Thanks
What is WSB training? Conjugate Periodization? If so yes. Just have three days between each workout. It should allow you to use more volume and have more recovery. Play around and see where you can fit that volume in based on your goals.
Doubtful that it would be possible to train WSB effectively on 2 days a week. It doesn't leave time for assistance work much less the two phase work required each week.(ME and DE)
