i'm teaching a writing workshop in 2 weeks (adult ed) and need to come up with some new writing prompts for assignments.

Since it's pretty dead around here, if anyone has any suggestions, that would be cool.

here is what i have so far:

Write about a time when you and another person bonded.

Write about your name. Why was it chosen for you? Do you like it or hate it? Does it suit you now?

Write a scene in a public bathroom.

A lover’s quarrel

Being alone

Starting over

“On the way to work, I noticed…”

Shoes

The Lie

Eighty Nine years old
