Wrists & (Tennis?) Elbow

Hi again...

Newbie

No exercise for years (and I mean NONE for 10 yrs) & started again early August 2004.

Done 7 weeks @ 3 times per week (missed the 8th due to illness) home gym style, feeling better already, but years to go yet.

Appreciate some advice relating to joints etc.

My wrists need some strengthening exercises (smaller than average).

Plus my major concern / drawback is my elbow... always feels like I've overdone something, despite how the rest of me is! Body's happy with weights to date (normal aches etc). But the elbow's starting to slow me down (pain).

Suggestions would be appreciated.
