b fold the truth Elite Strongman Platinum Nov 14, 2003 #8 I get lots of athletic tape from work...and have been putting 3 rounds of athletic tape on my wrist joint before working out. It has helped. What has helped me even more...is wearing elbow sleeves (for warmth) on my elbows when squatting or doing good mornings. You can go to www.theweakgeteaten.com, www.jackalsgym.com, www.monstermuscle.com, and many other places to pick up some good quality equipment. PM/Email me if I can help any... B True
