Anyway, now that my fat ass is finally starting to move heavier poundages I realized that my left wrist is quite a bit weaker than my right... this is especially pronounced when doing dumbell presses and preacher/dumbell curls.
Any suggestions for strenghtening it? My grip is also shit on both arms, so for that I got myself one of those gripmaster things I keep in my car and just squeeze for like a hundred till I'm tired... no set routine.
