Wrist strengthening?

Mods, pls leave this here, the workout board is too slow :)

Anyway, now that my fat ass is finally starting to move heavier poundages I realized that my left wrist is quite a bit weaker than my right... this is especially pronounced when doing dumbell presses and preacher/dumbell curls.

Any suggestions for strenghtening it? My grip is also shit on both arms, so for that I got myself one of those gripmaster things I keep in my car and just squeeze for like a hundred till I'm tired... no set routine.
 
Use wrist straps bro. personally working wrist into my routine just made it harder for recovery. Unless your wrists are skinny and underdeveloped, use straps.

Also you stated that you one wrist is stronger then the other, to correct this conundrum, try to switch up your hands while masturbating. Good Luck.

I get it and wrapping tight definitely helps and I have Carpal Tunnel also. Wish there was a way to alleviate CT because after a while of doing reps in the middle of a set I may no longer feel the grasp of the DB in my hand. Ive just had to deal with it.

The diameter of the bar is much greater then the average bar, about double I guess, maybe more. You can't get your hands completely around it.
