Has anybody else noticed this calculation is wrong 10% of the time?
For alot of people i say its pretty close but ive got a friend with 7 inch wrists, and i have 8 inch wrists and he is way bigger than me and were the same height. Like his shoulders are way wider, so is his rib cage, and its not muscle either, we have about the same amount of meat on us.
Just wondering if its possible for a person to have average wrists like my friend but be large in frame

- Can i get bigger than someone who is taller, and bigger framed than me through bodybuilding?
- and why do powerlifters/bodybuildingers peak from 33-44?
