Hey now,
I know this is not an AAS question but I figure this is a good place to ask. I get a sharp pain on the outside of my left wrist(in line with pinky) when working biceps. I cannot even touch a straight bar, I'm o.k. with dumbells and can work lightly with e-z curl bar.
I'm not sure if it is a lifting injury(hit some heavy cheat curls) or from Jiu Jitsu, I just know it hurts and is holding me back.
BTW, wrapping helps a little.
anyone else ever have anything like this?
