Wrist pain before cycling

Just a quick question about my wrist pain. Its only in the left wrist and it feels like i have pre carpel tunnel or something.

Anyway I know my cycle is gonna make it worse since it contains test/dbol/tren (PH), is there anything I can take or do to make it better? Or to make sure my wrist doesnt just blow out from getting too strong on cycle? Thanks guys
 
Bro. You might need to go get it checked. Maybe get a wrist support and maybe the doctor can prescribe you Motrin 600mg.
I take it still form infamation in my shoulder.
Ice it after workout too.
 
I supplement with bulk cissus powder, about a gram in each of 2 shakes (one in am, one in pm). I have found it to be VERY helpful with shoulder and elbow pain. Lots of people report similar results, try it for a few weeks and see if it helps u

And yeah, deca will help...lol...but only temporarily
 
Damn it bro! Good for you.

I found that when I was on Deca, my wrist didn't really hurt. Once it cleared out of my system, the pain came back. I still have it and have to be careful when doing bicep curls and just on certain exercises.

I might try the deca, I just dont want my wrist to snap off when i lift all of a sudden lol
