No really. I just finished my second week of the MC2-P (madcow2-program) and im further now then when i was in my second week the first time through the program.
I'm just trying to make sure my breathing and positioning while lifting is as perfect as can be. Trying to really get my joints back to getting worked by heavy weights. Makin sure I'm getting some solid meals in before workouts to ensure sufficient amounts of energy for maximum output.
Things are starting to look good again. The soft muscle is turning hard, and the heavy weights are turning light.
It's good to be back, baby!!
The gravitional struggle is a beautiful thing.
